What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you send us a message, we receive the name, email, and details you provide. We store these only as long as needed to respond and operate our business.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request metadata (IP, user agent, URL) for security and reliability. Logs are rotated on a short schedule.
- Privacy-respecting analytics. If we enable analytics, we use a privacy-first provider that does not set cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information. Ever.
- We don’t use third-party advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, or Google Analytics.
- We don’t add you to automated marketing sequences when you submit the contact form.
Cookies
The site functions without cookies. We may set a single anonymous cookie for security purposes (e.g., CSRF protection) on forms, which is strictly necessary for the site to operate.
Security
We enforce HTTPS, apply a strict Content Security Policy, set modern security headers, rate-limit form submissions, and conduct periodic dependency audits. Incident contact information is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email hello@soltopro.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
